Approved Plans and Specifications definition

Approved Plans and Specifications shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.3(a).

Approved Plans and Specifications means construction plans, drawings, and specifications submitted to and approved by District and based upon which all Permits shall be issued.

Approved Plans and Specifications means the plans and specifications for the construction and fit-out of a new or remodeled Restaurant in the U.S. (including requirements as to signage and equipment) which may be approved from time to time by BKC in its sole discretion.

• Contractor shall prepare and submit Shop Drawings which show details of all work to insure proper installation of the Work using those materials and equipment specified under the Approved Plans and Specifications.

Approved Plans and Specifications means the general plans and specifications for the construction and fit-out of a new or remodelled Restaurant in the Territory (including requirements as to signage and equipment) which may be approved from time to time by PLK in its sole discretion, which, for the avoidance of doubt are not specific to an individual site or Restaurant location. Approved Plans and Specifications means the general plans and specifications for the construction and fit-out of a new or remodelled Restaurant in the Territory (including requirements as to signage and equipment) which may be approved from time to time by FRANCHISOR in its sole discretion, which, for the avoidance of doubt are not specific to an individual site or Restaurant location.

Approved Plans and Specifications means the plans and specifications, inclusive of construction drawings, for the Tenant Improvements prepared by Tenant's Architect and approved by Landlord in writing. After approval, the Approved Plans and Specifications may be amended from time to time by Change Orders, and the term Approved Plans and Specifications, as of any given date, shall mean and include the plans and specifications approved by Landlord, as modified by all Change Orders to such date.
