Approved Plans and Specifications definition

Approved Plans and Specifications shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.3(a).

Approved Plans and Specifications means construction plans, drawings, and specifications submitted to and approved by District and based upon which all Permits shall be issued.

Approved Plans and Specifications means the plans and specifications for the construction and fit-out of a new or remodeled Restaurant in the U.S. (including requirements as to signage and equipment) which may be approved from time to time by BKC in its sole discretion.

More Definitions of Approved Plans and Specifications

Approved Plans and Specifications means the general plans and specifications for the construction and fit-out of a new or remodeled Restaurant in the Territory (including requirements as to signage and equipment) which may be approved from time to time by FRANCHISOR in its sole discretion, which, for the avoidance of doubt are not specific to an individual site or Restaurant location. CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE EXHIBIT THAT ARE NOT MATERIAL AND IS THE TYPE OF INFORMATION THAT THE REGISTRANT TREATS AS PRIVATE OR CONFIDENTIAL HAVE BEEN REDACTED PURSUANT TO ITEM 601(b)(10)(iv) OF REGULATION S-K. Approved Plans and Specifications means the Plans and Specifications, together with any modifications thereto which are after the Effective Date, approved in writing by Texas Resort Owner and, to the extent such modifications are not Permissible Modifications, the Administrative Agent.
