The Grant Completion Deadline is the date when the project is 100% complete and all grant and matching funds have been paid out in accordance with the work described in the Scope of Work, detailed in the Approved Project Budget.
Approved Project Budget means the most recent statement, approved by the FTA, of the costs of the Project, the maximum amount of Federal assistance for which the City is currently eligible, the specific tasks (including specified contingencies) covered, and the estimated cost of each task.
After the Recipient has demonstrated satisfactory compliance with the preceding requirements, FTA may reimburse the Recipient’s apparent allowable costs incurred (or to be incurred in the requisition period), as set forth in the Approved Project Budget for the Project, but not to exceed the maximum amount of Federal assistance that may be paid through the Federal fiscal year of that requisition.
B.1. The Foundation hereby agrees to fund, by Conditional Grant, the implementation of the Proposal in the maximum sum of $ or 50% of the actual expenditures on the Project, as contemplated in the Approved Project Budget, whichever is less, and at the times and as may otherwise be set forth in Annex B hereto.
An award of additional Federal assistance will require a new Approved Project Budget.
