Approved Projects definition

Approved Projects means tenant improvements required under the terms of any Lease, except to the extent that such tenant improvements would involve the making of material structural alterations to the affected Property.

Approved Projects means those previously approved Capital Improvement projects as described in Section 6.1 and listed in Exhibit F.
