Approved Replacement definition

Approved Replacement means, with respect to a Market Quotation, an entity making such Market Quotation, which entity would satisfy conditions (a), (b), (c) and (d) of the definition of Permitted Transfer (as determined by Party B in its sole discretion, acting in a commercially reasonable manner) if such entity were a Transferee, as defined in the definition of Permitted Transfer.
Approved Replacement means, with respect to a Market Quotation, an entity making such Market Quotation, which entity would satisfy conditions (a), (b), (c) and (e) of the definition of Permitted Transfer (as determined by the Trust in its sole discretion, acting in a commercially reasonable manner) if such entity were a Transferee, as defined in the definition of Permitted Transfer.
Approved Replacement means, with respect to a Market Quotation, an entity making such Market Quotation, which entity would satisfy conditions (a), (b), (c) and (d) of the definition of Permitted Transfer if such entity were a Transferee, as defined in the definition of Permitted Transfer.

More Definitions of Approved Replacement

Approved Replacement means any employee of or advisor to Borrower who is replacing a Person of like qualification and experience and which has been approved in such capacity in writing by the Requisite Lenders, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.
