Approved Ship Registry definition
Approved Ship Registry means the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands Ship Registry, the Hong Kong Ship Registry and any ship registry as approved in writing by the Agent (on behalf of the Finance Parties and the Hedging Banks).
Approved Ship Registry means the Norwegian International Ship Registry, the UK Ship Register, the Danish International Ship Register or any ship registry as approved in writing by the Lenders.
Approved Ship Registry means each of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands, the Norwegian International Ship Registry (NIS), Liberia or such other international ship registry as may be approved in writing by all the Lenders. "Approved Classification Society" means each of DNV, Lloyds Register, American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Bureau Veritas or such other IACS classification society as may be pre-approved in writing by all the Lenders, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed. "Article 55 BRRD" means Article 55 of Directive 2014/59/EU establishing a framework for the recovery and resolution of credit institutions and investment firms. Examples of Approved Ship Registry in a sentence
The Borrowers may, subject to the Lender's consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, move the Vessels to any other Approved Ship Registry by notifying the Lender and the Security Trustee in writing ten (10) Business Days in advance of such move of the Vessels.
The Borrower may not move the Vessel to any other ship register or Approved Ship Registry without the prior written consent of the Agent.
On and at any time after the occurrence of an Event of Default which is continuing, the Borrowers undertake to ensure that (i) the bareboat registration of the Vessels in the Bareboat Registry is immediately terminated and deleted, and the original registration in the Approved Ship Registry re-activated and/or (ii) the Bareboat Charters and the Sub-Bareboat Charters are terminated, should the Security Trustee (on behalf of the Lender and the Hedging Bank) so require.
The Borrower shall maintain the registration of the Vessel in its name with an Approved Ship Registry, and shall not change the name, flag or registration of the Vessel or parallel register the Vessel in another Approved Ship Registry without the prior written consent of the Lenders, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, always subject to the Borrower providing the Agent with security over the Vessel, in form and substance acceptable to the Agent.
The Borrower shall not change the flag, name or registry of any of the Vessels, without the prior written consent of the Agent (on behalf of the Lenders) (not to be withheld in case of change to an Approved Ship Registry).

"Assignment of Insurances" means a first priority assignment granted or to be granted by the Borrower in favour of the Security Agent (on behalf of the Finance Parties) of the Insurances relating to the Vessel, to be in form and substance acceptable to the Security Agent.
Approved Ship Registry means the Maltese ship registry or any other ship registry as approved in writing by the Agent.
Approved Ship Registry means the ship registry of Bahamas or such other ship registry as approved by the Bond Trustee.

Approved Ship Registry means, the international ship registers of Liberia, the Republic of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands, Panama, the Republic of Vanuatu and any other jurisdictions approved by the Lenders. “Arrangers” means the Mandated Lead Arranger. “Assignment of Earnings” means an assignment agreement (whether by way of a separate agreement or an agreement containing other security) for the first priority perfected assignment (on a limited recourse basis) of all Earnings payable to any Rig Owner and/or Intra-Group Charterer, to be made between such relevant Obligor and the Agent (on behalf of the Secured Parties) as security for the Secured Obligations. “Assignment of Hedging Agreements” means an assignment agreement (whether by way of a separate agreement or an agreement containing other security) for the first priority perfected assignment (on a limited recourse basis) of the relevant Obligor's (other than the Parent) rights under any Hedging Agreement to be made between that Obligor and the Security Agent (on behalf of the Secured Parties) as security for the Secured Obligations. “Assignment of Insurances” means an assignment agreement (whether by way of a separate agreement or an agreement containing other security) for the first priority perfected assignment (on a limited recourse basis) of all proceeds payable to any Rig Owner or Intra- Group Charterer under the Insurances for each Rig, to be made between the relevant Obligors and the Security Agent (on behalf of the Secured Parties) as collateral for the Obligors’ obligations under the Finance Documents, in form and substance satisfactory to all the Finance Parties. “Assignment of Intra-Group Loans” means an assignment agreement (whether by way of a separate agreement or an agreement containing other security) for the first priority perfected assignment (on a limited recourse basis), and (if applicable) the subordination of, of all receivables in respect of any intra-group loans and receivables not paid within 45 days provided by any member of the Group as creditor to any Rig Owner or SPV Intra-Group Charterer as debtor if such receivables for the relevant Rig Owner or SPV Intra-Group Charterer in aggregate exceed USD 1,000,000, to be made between the relevant creditor and the Security Agent (on behalf of the Secured Parties) as security for the Secured Obligations. “Authorisation” means an authorisation, consent, approval, resolution, licence, exemption, filing, notarisation or registration. “Availability Period” means (a) i...
