Subject to substitution of the relevant Mortgage, and closing arrangements satisfactory to the Agent, the Lenders may not refuse a Borrower's request to change the registry of a Vessel from one Approved Ship Registry to another Approved Ship Registry, unless a Default has occurred.
The Borrower may not move the Vessel to any other ship register or Approved Ship Registry without the prior written consent of the Agent.
The Borrower may move the Vessel to any other Approved Ship Registry by notifying the Agent in writing ten (10) Business Days in advance of such move of the Vessel.
The Borrower shall not change the flag, name or registry of any of the Vessels, without the prior written consent of the Agent (on behalf of the Lenders) (not to be withheld in case of change to an Approved Ship Registry).
