Approved Shipbroker definition

Approved Shipbroker means any of the following or their Affiliates: Arrow Valuations Ltd; Breamar Seascope Limited; Clarkson Valuations Limited; Fearnley Offshore AS; Howe Robinson & Co. Ltd.; ICAP Shipping Limited; Maersk Brokers K/S; RS Platou Shipbrokers A/S; SSY Valuation Services Ltd.; and VesselsValue Ltd, or such other reputable, independent and first class firm of shipbrokers specializing in the valuation of vessels of the relevant type agreed between the Corporation and the Initial Holder.
Approved Shipbroker means Fearnleys A.S., Poten & Partners Inc., Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Limited, X.X. Xxxxxx Shipbrokers A.S., X. Xxxxxxxx & Co. Ltd., Braemar Seascope Ltd. and Arrow Sale & Purchase (UK) Ltd. or such other independent sale and purchase shipbroker which the Agent has approved or selected (with the authorisation of the Majority Lenders);
Approved Shipbroker means each of Arrow Chartering (UK), Braemar Seascope Group, Clarksons PLC and Fearnleys and any other reputable, independent and first class firm of ship brokers requested by the Borrower and accepted by the Agent in its absolute discretion (such acceptance not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

  • The Borrowers jointly and severally undertake with the Creditors to supply to the Agent and to any such Approved Shipbroker such information concerning the relevant Mortgaged Ship and its condition as such Approved Shipbroker may require for the purpose of making any such valuation.

Approved Shipbroker means each of Xxxxxxx Offshore, Fearnleys A/S and any other reputable, independent and first class firm of ship brokers selected by the Majority Lenders for the purpose of providing a valuation for a Vessel.
