Approved Use means the use of the Project for the operation of a Healthcare Facility as a ___ ____ [insert type of facility] with __ __ [beds/units] [of which not less than __ ___ [beds/units] are [to be] in use] and such other uses as may be approved in writing from time to time by HUD based upon a request made by the Borrower, Operator, or Master Tenant, but excluding any uses that are discontinued with the written approval of HUD. Master Tenant shall ensure that use of the Healthcare Facility is in accordance with the Approved Use.

Approved Use means use of Content in a way that doesn't infringe the Rights of others;

Approved Use means the use of each Healthcare Facility, as set forth on Schedule 1, and such other uses as may be approved in writing from time to time by HUD based upon a request made by a Landlord, Master Tenant or an Operator, but excluding any uses that are discontinued with the written approval of the HUD.

Examples of Approved Use in a sentence

Borrower shall suitably equip, or cause to be equipped, the Project for the Approved Use.
Such Collateral shall be known as the “Consumed Property.” Operator shall promptly replace the Consumed Property with other property of reasonably equivalent value as necessary or appropriate to maintain the operation of the Healthcare Facility for the Approved Use in compliance with applicable law and Program Obligations.
Operator shall cooperate in any legal and lawful manner necessary or required, to permit Lender or its successors and assigns, or its nominee to continue to operate and maintain the Healthcare Facility for the Approved Use in Operator’s name, place and stead.
The funds in the special revenue fund shall not be used for any loans or pledge of assets, unless the loan or pledge is for an Approved Use.
Operator shall not use any portion of the Project for any purpose except the Approved Use.

More Definitions of Approved Use

Approved Use of the Premises means use by the Tenant as a single private residence for occupation by the Tenant personally, and his family, in accordance with this Agreement.
