Arbitration Center definition

Arbitration Center is defined in Section 9.3;
Arbitration Center has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 10.10.1.
Arbitration Center means the Arbitration Center of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (ACIC) that is established in accordance with the Act on Statute of the Arbitration Center of Iran Chamber, dated 14. 11. 1380 (3 February 2002) and pursuant to clause “H” of Article 5 of the Law Establishing Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines as amended in 25. 09. 1373 (16 December 1994). The Arbitration Center shall be administered in accordance with its Statute and also its Internal Regulation and shall apply them in the arbitrations which are referred to it.
