Arbitration Expenses definition

Arbitration Expenses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16.5.
Arbitration Expenses. The Parties shall share the cost of arbitration proceedings as prescribed by the Trade Union Act (Nova Scotia).
Arbitration Expenses. The parties shall share equally the arbitrator’s fees and expense, which the parties mutually agree are necessary for the conduct of the arbitration.
