Archaeology Contribution means the sum of £11,171 (eleven thousand, one hundred and seventy one pounds) Index linked to be paid by the Developer to the Council in accordance with paragraph 1.1 of Schedule 1 and to be applied by the Council towards archaeological research, investigation and protection within the vicinity of the Site; “‘Be Seen’ Energy Monitoring Guidance” means the document titled “Be Seen Energy Monitoring Guidance” dated September 2021 prepared by the GLA or any replacement thereof;
Archaeology Contribution means the sum of £6,778 (six thousand seven hundred and seventy-eight) Index linked to be paid by the Owner and/or the Developer to the Council in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 and applied by the Council towards archaeological research, investigation and protection within the vicinity of the Site; “Base Specification” means in accordance with the following standards or if different the standards required by Building Regulations for wheelchair housing: (a) Clear door openings of at least 850mm; (b) Approach space inside the front door: sufficient space for transfer to a second wheelchair 1800mm by 1500mm;

  • Development Contribution means the amount of money referred to in item 5 of the Schedule;

  • Catch-Up Contribution means an Elective Deferral made to the Plan by a Catch-Up Eligible Participant that, during any taxable year of such Participant, exceeds one of the following:

  • Stormwater management planning area means the geographic area for which a stormwater management planning agency is authorized to prepare stormwater management plans, or a specific portion of that area identified in a stormwater management plan prepared by that agency.

  • Member contributions means all amounts paid to ASRS by a member.

  • Employer Contribution means the amount paid by an employer, as determined by the employer rate, including the normal and deficiency rates, contributions, and funds wherever used in this chapter.

  • Assets Under Development means any real property under construction (excluding any completed Property under minor renovation) until such property has received a certificate of occupancy.

  • Catch-Up Contributions means Salary Reduction Contributions made to the Plan that are in excess of an otherwise applicable Plan limit and that are made by Participants who are Age 50 or over by the end of their taxable years. An “otherwise applicable Plan limit” is a limit in the Plan that applies to Salary Reduction Contributions without regard to Catch-up Contributions, such as the limits on Annual Additions, the dollar limitation on Salary Reduction Contributions under Code Section 402(g) (not counting Catch-up Contributions) and the limit imposed by the Actual Deferral Percentage (ADP) test under Code Section 401(k)(3). Catch-up Contributions for a Participant for a taxable year may not exceed the dollar limit on Catch-up Contributions under Code Section 414(v)(2)(B)(i) for the taxable year. The dollar limit on Catch-up Contributions under Code Section 414(v)(2)(B)(i) is $1,000 for taxable years beginning in 2002, increasing by $1,000 for each year thereafter up to $5,000 for taxable years beginning in 2006 and later years. After 2006, the $5,000 limit will be adjusted by the Secretary of the Treasury for cost-of-living increases under Code Section 414(v)(2)(C). Any such adjustments will be in multiples of $500.

  • Campaign Contribution means a gift, subscription, loan, advance or deposit of money or other thing of value, including the estimated value of an in-kind contribution, that is made to or received by an applicable public official or any person authorized to raise, collect or expend contributions on that official’s behalf for the purpose of electing the official to either statewide or local office. “Campaign Contribution” includes the payment of a debt incurred in an election campaign, but does not include the value of services provided without compensation or unreimbursed travel or other personal expenses of individuals who volunteer a portion or all of their time on behalf of a candidate or political committee, nor does it include the administrative or solicitation expenses of a political committee that are paid by an organization that sponsors the committee.

  • Political contribution means any payment, gift, subscription, assessment, contract, payment for services, dues, loan, forbearance, advance or deposit of money or any valuable thing, to a candidate for public office or to a political committee, including but not limited to a political action committee, made for the purpose of influencing any election in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or for paying debts incurred by or for a candidate or committee before or after any election.

  • Lots Under Development Entitled Land where physical site improvement has commenced but which is not a Finished Lot, Unit Under Construction or Unit Under Contract.

  • Employer Matching Contributions means the Employer matching contributions made to the Trust Fund pursuant to Article V (Employer Matching Contributions).

  • Assets Under Management means, as of any specified date, the value of all Assets owned by the Partnership (the value to be determined as provided in this Agreement), including contributions requested and due from Partners and uncalled amounts of Commitments that are included in the Partnership’s regulatory capital (as such term is used in the SBIC Act), less the amount of any liabilities of the Partnership, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, consistently applied.

  • Elective Contribution means the Employer's contributions to the Plan of Deferred Compensation excluding any such amounts distributed as excess "annual additions" pursuant to Section 4.10(a). In addition, any Employer Qualified Non-Elective Contribution made pursuant to Section 4.6 shall be considered an Elective Contribution for purposes of the Plan. Any such contributions deemed to be Elective Contributions shall be subject to the requirements of Sections 4.2(b) and 4.2(c) and shall further be required to satisfy the discrimination requirements of Regulation 1.401(k)-1(b)(5), the provisions of which are specifically incorporated herein by reference.

  • Inclusionary development means a development containing both affordable units and market rate units. This term includes, but is not necessarily limited to: new construction, the conversion of a non-residential structure to residential and the creation of new affordable units through the reconstruction of a vacant residential structure.

  • Cluster development means a contiguous cluster or

  • Elective Contributions are amounts excludible from the Employee's gross income under Code Sections 125, 402(a)(8), 402(h) or 403(b), and contributed by the Employer, at the Employee's election, to a Code Section 401(k) arrangement, a Simplified Employee Pension, cafeteria plan or tax-sheltered annuity. The term "Compensation" does not include:

  • Flood-related erosion area management means the operation of an overall program of corrective and preventive measures for reducing flood-related erosion damage, including but not limited to emergency preparedness plans, flood-related erosion control works and floodplain management regulations.

  • Qualified Matching Contribution means any employer contribution allocated to an Eligible Employee's account under any plan of an Employer or a Related Company solely on account of "elective contributions" made on his behalf or "employee contributions" made by him that is a qualified matching contribution as defined in regulations issued under Code Section 401(k), is nonforfeitable when made, and is distributable only as permitted in regulations issued under Code Section 401(k).

  • Non-profit housing development means development of a building or structure intended for use as residential premises by,

  • Qualified Matching Contributions means Matching Contributions which are immediately nonforfeitable when made, and which would be nonforfeitable, regardless of the age or service of the Employee or whether the Employee is employed on a certain date, and which may not be distributed, except upon one of the events described under Section 401(k)(2)(B) of the Code and the regulations thereunder.

  • Company Contribution means that portion of the main extension costs which the Company will fund based upon the following formula:

  • Stormwater management measure means any practice, technology, process, program, or other method intended to control or reduce stormwater runoff and associated pollutants, or to induce or control the infiltration or groundwater recharge of stormwater or to eliminate illicit or illegal non-stormwater discharges into stormwater conveyances.

  • After-Tax Contributions means amounts withheld from an Employee’s Compensation pursuant to a Salary Reduction Agreement after all applicable state and federal taxes have been deducted. Such amounts are withheld for purposes of purchasing one or more of the Benefit Package Options available under the Plan.

  • Individual development account means a contract between an account holder and a fiduciary organization, for the deposit of funds into a financial institution by the account holder, and the deposit of matching funds into the financial institution by the fiduciary organization, to allow the account holder to accumulate assets for use toward achieving a specific purpose approved by the fiduciary organization.

  • Discretionary Contribution means the contribution made by the Employer on behalf of a Participant as described in Section 4.4(b).

  • Planning area means a planning area or a development area or a local planning area or a regional development plan area, by whatever name called, or any other area specified as such by the appropriate Government or any competent authority and includes any area designated by the appropriate Government or the competent authority to be a planning area for future planned development, under the law relating to Town and Country Planning for the time being in force and as revised from time to time;
