Architect’s Contract definition

Architect’s Contract means Lessee's contract with the Project Architect.
Architect’s Contract means the agreement to be executed by and between Borrower and Architect relating to the design of the Improvements, subject to review and acceptance by Lender, and any and all extensions, renewals, modifications, amendments, supplements and replacements thereto or therefor.
Architect’s Contract mean the architect's contract between Borrower and the architect for the Project.

  • Borrower’s Architect shall have duly executed and delivered to Lender a consent to the assignment of the Architect’s Contract, in form and substance satisfactory to Lender, and Lender shall have received a certified copy or a fully executed duplicate original thereof.

  • If Borrower’s Architect consists of more than one Person, then each such Person shall deliver a consent to the assignment of the Architect’s Contract in form and substance satisfactory to Lender, and Lender shall have received a certified copy or a fully executed duplicate original thereof.

  • Borrower shall enforce the Architect’s Contract in the best interests of Borrower consistent with the construction of the Project Improvements using sound business judgment, (b) waive none of the material obligations of Borrower’s Architect thereunder, (c) do no act which would relieve Borrower’s Architect from its material obligations under the Architect’s Contract and (d) make no amendments to the Architect’s Contract without the prior approval of Lender.

  • The Architect’s Contract in form and substance satisfactory to Lender, shall have been duly executed and delivered by the parties thereto, shall be in full force and effect and Lender shall have received a certified copy or a fully executed duplicate original thereof.


More Definitions of Architect’s Contract

Architect’s Contract means the architect’s contract entered into by Owner and Architect providing for the plans, drawings, specifications, contract administration and related materials necessary or appropriate for the construction of the Project.
Architect’s Contract mean the architect's contract between Borrower and Harry Teague Architects, the architect for the Project.
