Architectural Review definition

Architectural Review means the requirements of this Declaration that certain improvements or alterations to Lots or existing improvements be reviewed and approved, and where the context indicates, the review and approval procedures of Article 9.
Architectural Review shall have the meaning set forth in Schedule 4.07(i).

More Definitions of Architectural Review

Architectural Review means the examination by the Department of any specifications submitted by an applicant.

Related to Architectural Review

  • Architectural Review Committee or “ARC” shall mean the architectural review committee established by the Organization to review plans submitted to the Organization for architectural review.

When a PHA uses an engineer to act in this capacity, the terms “architect” and “engineer” shall be synonymous. The Architect shall serve as a technical representative of the Contracting Officer. The Architect’s authority is as set forth elsewhere in this contract.

  • Practice of architecture means professional services, such as consultation, investigation, evaluation, planning, design, or review of material and completed phases of work in construction, alteration, or repair in connection with a public or private structure, building, equipment, works, or project if the professional service requires the application of a principle of architecture or architectural design.

  • Project Architect means the architect retained by Lessee to design and supervise construction of the Improvements.

  • Laboratory or “LANL” means the geographical location of Los Alamos National Laboratory, a federally funded research and development center owned by the DOE / NNSA.

  • Digital audio-visual work means a series of related images which, when shown in succession, imparts an impression of motion, together with accompanying sounds, if any.

  • Systems Engineering means preparing specifications, identifying and resolving interface problems, developing test requirements, evaluating test data, and supervising design.

  • Qard means a contract of lending money whereby the borrower is obliged to repay the equivalent amount to lender.

  • External Review means an independent review of an Adverse Benefit Determination conducted by an Independent Review Organization.
