Code of Ordinances means the Code of Ordinances of the City of
School of origin means the school or preschool that a child or youth attended when permanently housed, or the school in which the child or youth was last enrolled. When a child or youth completes the final grade level served by the school of origin, the school of origin includes the designated receiving school at the next grade level for all feeder schools.
value of originating materials means the value of such materials as defined in (g) applied mutatis mutandis;
Certificate of origin means the document provided by the manufacturer of a new motor vehicle, or
Point of origin means the specific location on carrier's system as designated in its tariff where carrier accepts petroleum product for shipment and may be referred to in other items of this tariff as "origin station or origin."
Building Code Act means the Building Code Act, 1992, S.O. 1992, c.23, as amended;
Land Use Regulations means all federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and plans relating to or governing the use of development of land in the City, including but not limited to environmental, zoning and building code laws and regulations.
Regulation Zone means any of those one or more geographic areas, each consisting of a combination of one or more Control Zone(s) as designated by the Office of the Interconnection in the PJM Manuals, relevant to provision of, and requirements for, regulation service.
Country of origin means the place where the goods were mined, grown or produced or from which the services are supplied. Goods are produced when, through manufacturing, processing or substantial and major assembly of components, a commercially recognized new product results that is substantially different in basic characteristics or in purpose or utility from its components.
POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act, No.4 of 2013;
FW Act means the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).
the 2002 Regulations means the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002;
Member State of origin means the Member State in which, as the case may be, the judgment has been given, the court settlement has been approved or concluded, or the authentic instrument has been formally drawn up or registered;
the 1981 Act which means the Compulsory Purchase (Vesting Declarations) Act 1981.
Medicare Regulations means, collectively, (a) all Federal statues (whether set forth in Title XVIII of the Social Security Act or elsewhere) affecting the health insurance program for the aged and disabled established by Title XVIII of the Social Security Act and any statues succeeding thereto and (b) all applicable provisions of all rules, regulations, manuals and orders and administrative, reimbursement and other guidelines having the force of law of all Governmental Authorities (including CMS, the OIG, HHS or any person succeeding to the functions of any of the foregoing) promulgated pursuant to or in connection with any of the foregoing having the force of law, as each may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Agricultural lands means land currently used for the purpose of producing an agricultural commodity for commercial purposes, land left fallow under a crop rotational program, or land enrolled in an agricultural subsidy or set-aside program.
guarantee of origin means an electronic document which has the sole function of providing evidence to a final customer that a given share or quantity of energy was produced from renewable sources;
the 1961 Act means the Land Compensation Act 1961(d); “the 1965 Act” means the Compulsory Purchase Act 1965(e); “the 1980 Act” means the Highways Act 1980(f);
General Regulations means the Charitable Incorporated Organisations (General) Regulations 2012.
the 1993 Act means the Pension Schemes Act 1993; “the 1995 Act” means the Pensions Act 1995;
the Statutes means the Companies Act and every other act (as may from time to time be amended) for the time being in force in Bermuda applying to or affecting the Company, the Memorandum of Association and/or these presents;
the 1997 Regulations means the Zebra, Pelican and Puffin Pedestrian Crossing Regulations 1997.
Agricultural land means land suitable for use in farming.
OFAC Regulations means the regulations promulgated by OFAC, as amended from time to time.
Articles of Organization means all documents constituting, at any particular time, the articles of
the 2000 Regulations means the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2000(b); "the 2001 Regulations" means the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2001(c);
