Arrangement definition

Arrangement means the arrangement under the provisions of section 192 of the CBCA, on the terms and conditions set forth in the Plan of Arrangement, subject to any amendment or supplement thereto made in accordance with this Agreement and the Plan of Arrangement or made at the direction of the Court in the Final Order;
Arrangement means an arrangement under the provisions of Section 288 of the BCBCA, on the terms and conditions set forth in the Plan of Arrangement as amended or varied from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or the Plan of Arrangement or made at the direction of the Court in the Final Order;
Arrangement means the arrangement under Section 182 of the OBCA on the terms and subject to the conditions set out in this Plan of Arrangement, subject to any amendments or variations thereto made in accordance with the terms of the Arrangement Agreement or made at the direction of the Court in the Final Order with the consent of Aphria and Tilray, each acting reasonably;

Examples of Arrangement in a sentence

  • At the option of the Receiver, the Assuming Institution agrees to service, administer, and collect such pool assets in accordance with and for the term set forth in Exhibit 4.13 "Interim Asset Servicing Arrangement".

More Definitions of Arrangement

Arrangement means the arrangement under section 182 of the OBCA on the terms and subject to the conditions set out in the Plan of Arrangement.
