Arrangement Resolution definition

Arrangement Resolution means the special resolution approving the Plan of Arrangement to be considered at the Company Meeting, substantially in the form of Schedule B.

Arrangement Resolution means the special resolution of the Shareholders, approving the Arrangement, such resolution to be in substantially the form of Exhibit B attached to the Arrangement Agreement;

• If the Interim Order is obtained and the Arrangement Resolution is passed at the STEP Meeting as provided for in the Interim Order, STEP shall take all steps necessary or desirable to submit the Arrangement to the Court and diligently pursue an application for the Final Order, as soon as reasonably practicable and, in any event, within two Business Days following the date of approval of the Arrangement Resolution at the STEP Meeting.
