ARTICLE 14. Entry into Force, Amendment, and Termination This Framework Agreement shall enter into force on the date of last signature below and shall remain in effect for a period of 5 years. It may be amended or extended by written agreement of the Parties. In addition, either of the Parties may terminate this Framework Agreement by giving 60 days advance notice in writing.
