Examples of Articles of Conversion in a sentence
Chaparral Energy, Inc., an Oklahoma corporation (the “Corporation”), shall be converted to the Company pursuant to Section 2054.1 of Title 18 of the Oklahoma Statutes effective as of the date of the filing (the “Effective Date”) of Articles of Conversion (the “Articles of Conversion”) with the Oklahoma Secretary of State.
