Assessment Work means work required to assess the effect on EC Savings for any significant changes to the Facilities (including, but not limited to, building additions, new buildings, and new or changed HVAC equipment).
Assessment Work is bus driving work assigned by the Board, over and above, the regular driver’s route.
Assessment Work is defined as the specialized individual oral assessments required by the International Baccalaureate Programme at STEM and does not include any other kind of assessment or grading. Before initiating Assessment Work, Chevron Energy Solutions will notify Manhattan Beach USD in writing of the intent and estimated cost associated with the Assessment Work.
Chevron Energy Solutions has the right to charge Manhattan Beach USD for Assessment Work, which will be billed at current Chevron Energy Solutions engineering rates and will be paid by Manhattan Beach USD within thirty (30) calendar days after receiving Chevron Energy Solutions’ invoice.
If Chevron Energy Solutions does not receive written notice within forty-five (45) calendar days, the Projected Energy Savings for the portion of the Facility in question will be used until such time as Manhattan Beach USD approves the Assessment Work.

Assessment Work means exploration and/or development work on or related to any part of the Property for which value as such work is credited by the Chief Gold Commissioner pursuant to Section 2 of Part C of the Mineral Act Regulations (Reg. 587/77) under the Mineral Act, as the same may from time to time be revised or replaced;
