Asset Account definition

Asset Account means the deposit account or accounts of the applicable Borrower or its wholly owned Subsidiary, in the name of such Borrower or such Subsidiary, held at the applicable Account Bank, into which all Asset proceeds are to be funded, as such accounts are listed on Schedule I. “Asset Accounts” means all such accounts, collectively.
Asset Account means a notional account opened pursuant to sub- paragraph (2) of paragraph 5 of the Scheme for the purpose of ascertaining the surplus or shortfall after adjustment from time to time of liabilities of the transferor bank as provided in the Scheme;
Asset Account means the account recording the outstanding amounts of Transferred Receivables.
