Asset Amount Deficiency definition

Asset Amount Deficiency means, as of any date of determination, the amount, if any, by which the Required Asset Amount exceeds the Aggregate Asset Amount, as of such date of determination.

Asset Amount Deficiency means, with respect to the Series 2000-1 Notes as of any date of determination, the amount, if any, by which the Required Asset Amount exceeds the Aggregate Asset Amount, in each case, as of such date of determination.

Asset Amount Deficiency has the meaning given to it in the applicable Series Supplement.

• If required to ensure that (i) the Adjusted Liquid Enhancement Amount will equal or exceed the Required Liquid Enhancement Amount, and (ii) no Aggregate Asset Amount Deficiency will exist, the Issuer Administrator shall, within two (2) Business Days of becoming aware of such requirement, deliver to the Letter of Credit Provider a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit C-1 hereto, requesting an increase in the stated amount of any Letter of Credit effective on the date set forth in such notice.

More Definitions of Asset Amount Deficiency

Asset Amount Deficiency shall have the meaning set forth in the Indenture.

Asset Amount Deficiency shall, with respect to any applicable Financing Source, have the meaning, if any, specified in the Financing Documents of such Financing Source.

Asset Amount Deficiency with respect to the Series 2001-1 Notes shall mean a Series 2001-1 Asset Amount Deficiency and with respect to any other Group IV Series of Notes, shall have the meaning specified in the related Series Supplement.

Asset Amount Deficiency with respect to the Series 2001-3 Notes will occur if, at any time, the Group V Required Asset Amount exceeds the Group V Aggregate Asset Amount.

Asset Amount Deficiency shall occur if and to the extent the Net Receivable Balance is less than the Required Asset Amount as of such date.
