More Definitions of Asset Dispositions

Asset Dispositions means every sale, conveyance, transfer or other disposition by the Company or its Subsidiaries of property or assets (including any sale-leaseback transactions) of the Company or its Subsidiaries, whether in a single transaction or a series of related transactions greater than $100.0 million.

Asset Dispositions and such provisions applicable to such Capital Stock specifically provide that the Issuer and its Restricted Subsidiaries will not repurchase or redeem any such stock pursuant to such provisions prior to the repurchase of such Securities as are required to be repurchased pursuant to the covenant described under "Asset Dispositions."
