Asset Entities means, collectively, (i) the Borrower and (ii) each other bankruptcy-remote special purpose entity that is a Subsidiary of the Borrower and party hereto pursuant to a Joinder Agreement that holds any relevant Frontier Fiber Business Assets.

Asset Entities means collectively Crown Atlantic, Crown Communication, Crown GT, Crown NY, Crown PR, Crown PT, Crown South and any other entity that becomes an “Asset Entity” (as that term is defined in the Tower Notes Indenture) after the date hereof.
