Asset Management Fees definition
Asset Management Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9(a) hereof.
Asset Management Fees means, collectively, the Senior Asset Management Fee, the Subordinated Asset Management Fee and the Incentive Asset Management Fee.
Asset Management Fees means the fees payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 9(d).

For the avoidance of doubt, the Purchasers acknowledge that the Asset Manager will receive payment for services rendered under the Asset Management Agreement and will be reimbursed for the Asset Management Fees in connection with providing services under the Asset Management Agreement and in each case, such payment for the Asset Management Fees may be made to the Asset Manager directly out of the funds that the Asset Manager is managing which will include the proceeds from this Offering.
More Definitions of Asset Management Fees
Asset Management Fees means the asset management fees payable to the General Partner to be calculated in the manner set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
Asset Management Fees means the fees payable to an Asset Manager pursuant to its Asset Management Agreements with Borrowers; provided, that, in no event shall such fees include any termination fees, penalty fees or interest payments due to such Asset Manager. For the avoidance of doubt, the Asset Management Fees may not be increased without the prior consent of Lender.
Asset Management Fees means, for any period, the actual asset management fees paid by non-wholly owned Consolidated Subsidiaries and Investment Affiliates of the Borrower and third parties unaffiliated with the Borrower or, in the case of any such fees paid to any Consolidated Subsidiaries or Investment Affiliates, the Borrower’s Share thereof, for such period, net of any expenses incurred in connection therewith for such period.
Asset Management Fees shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.2.
Asset Management Fees means, collectively, the Asset Management Fee (Hotels) and the Asset Management Fee (Properties);
Asset Management Fees means all revenues of the Company derived from its investment management and advisory activities including (a) base management fees based solely on the amount of assets under management and (b) fixed fee arrangements but excluding, in the case of (a) and (b), any consulting fee, performance fee, incentive fee or carried interest or similar fee or arrangement to the extent dependent upon the performance of assets under management.
