Asset Management Fees definition

Asset Management Fees means, collectively, the Senior Asset Management Fee, the Subordinated Asset Management Fee and the Incentive Asset Management Fee.
Asset Management Fees means the asset management fees payable to the General Partner to be calculated in the manner set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
Asset Management Fees means, for any period, the actual asset management fees paid by non-wholly owned Consolidated Subsidiaries and Investment Affiliates of the Borrower and third parties unaffiliated with the Borrower or, in the case of any such fees paid to any Consolidated Subsidiaries or Investment Affiliates, the Borrower’s Share thereof, for such period, net of any expenses incurred in connection therewith for such period.

Examples of Asset Management Fees in a sentence

  • All or any portion of the Asset Management Fees not taken as to any fiscal year shall be deferred without interest and may be paid in such other fiscal year as the Advisor shall determine.

More Definitions of Asset Management Fees

Asset Management Fees means the fees payable to an Asset Manager pursuant to its Asset Management Agreements with Borrowers; provided, that, in no event shall such fees include any termination fees, penalty fees or interest payments due to such Asset Manager. For the avoidance of doubt, the Asset Management Fees may not be increased without the prior consent of Lender.
Asset Management Fees means the fees payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 9(d).

Asset Management Fees means the annual asset management fee payable to SIF Allocatee in the amount of $75,000, pro-rated for any partial year, pursuant to the CDE Fee and Expense Agreement.
