Asset Manager means Centurion Asset Management Incorporated, a corporation governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario that is engaged for the purpose of managing the day-to-day operations of Centurion Apartment REIT.

Asset Manager means Ares CLO Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, in its capacity as such, until a successor Person shall have become the asset manager pursuant to the provisions of the Asset Management Agreement, and thereafter "Asset Manager" shall mean such successor Person. Asset Manager means, initially, OFFERPAD, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.

Asset Manager means the Person or Persons, if any, appointed, employed or contracted with by the Company and responsible for directing or performing the day-to-day business affairs of a Series and as appointed in the respective Series Designation, including any Person to whom such Assets Manager subcontracts substantially all of such functions. The Asset Manager will not be a Member of the Company or of a Series as a result of acting in the capacity as Asset Manager hereunder.
