Asset Manager definition

Asset Manager means the manager of each of the Series Assets as specified in each Series Designation or, its permitted successors or assigns, appointed in accordance with Section 5.10.

Asset Manager has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Asset Manager means the Asset Manager (if any) specified in the Issue Memorandum. "Bearer Notes" means Notes in bearer form.

Asset Manager means a person appointed by the governing body of a scheme who is responsible for investment management in accordance with the investment objectives and policy of the scheme;

Asset Manager means Ares CLO Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, in its capacity as such, until a successor Person shall have become the asset manager pursuant to the provisions of the Asset Management Agreement, and thereafter "Asset Manager" shall mean such successor Person. Each reference herein to the Asset Manager shall be deemed to constitute a reference as well to any agent of the Asset Manager and to any other Person to whom the Asset Manager has delegated any of its duties hereunder, in each case during such time as and to the extent that such agent or other Person is performing such duties.

Asset Manager means the Person or Persons, if any, appointed, employed or contracted with by the Company and responsible for directing or performing the day-to-day business affairs of a Series and as appointed in the respective Series Designation, including any Person to whom such Assets Manager subcontracts substantially all of such functions. The Asset Manager will not be a Member of the Company or of a Series as a result of acting in the capacity as Asset Manager hereunder.

Asset Manager means Altisource Asset Management Corporation, a U.S. Virgin Islands corporation in its capacity as asset manager under the Asset Management Agreement.
