Assigned Property definition

Assigned Property means real and related personal property which, in the discretion of the Administrator or his designee, has been made available to the Department for transfer for public health purposes.

• Upon payment and discharge in full to the satisfaction of the Mortgagee of the Outstanding Indebtedness, the Mortgagee shall, at the request and cost of the Charterer, re-assign the Charterer's Assigned Property to the Charterer or as it may direct.

Assigned Property as defined in any applicable Security Document (or any similar or equivalent term used or referred to in any applicable Security Document) and all other property that is or is intended under the terms of the Security Documents to be subject to Liens in favor of the Administrative Agent or the Security Agent.
