Assisted Units definition
Assisted Units refer to units assisted pursuant to Project Rental Assistance Contract.
Assisted Units means the [insert the minimum number of units to be rented to Eligible Tenants] Units in the Housing Complex that must be rented to Eligible Tenants;
Assisted Units means rental units made available to or occupied by an Eligible Tenant in Eligible Multifamily Properties receiving assistance under 42 U.S.C. § 8013(b)(3)(A).
