Associate Member definition

Associate Member means a person appointed to perform specific statutory and non-statutory duties which have been delegated by the Trust Board for them to perform and these duties have been recorded in an appropriate Trust Board minute or other suitable record.

Associate Member means a county, city or other public agency which is not a voting member of the Rural County Representatives of California, a California nonprofit corporation (“RCRC”), with legal power and authority similar to that of the Members, admitted pursuant to paragraph 4.d. below to associate membership herein by vote of the Board.

• Any Member of the Commission that gives notice of withdrawal from the Organization shall be deemed to apply to all the territories for the international relations of which the Member concerned is responsible, except that such withdrawal shall not be deemed to apply to an Associate Member.
