Associated Entities definition

Associated Entities means (where you are a body corporate) your shareholders, directors (as individuals not acting together as the Board), officers and employees, subsidiaries, parent companies, and subsidiaries of parent companies, and (where you are a trade association) your individual members;

Associated Entities means each entity in respect of which a Group Company from time to time directly or indirectly owns, or has direct or indirect control over, more than 20 per cent. but not more than 50 per cent. of the share capital or other right of ownership (Sw. intresseföretag).

Associated Entities means the Employers and each and all of their respective current, previous, and future parent companies, direct or indirect subsidiaries, and affiliates;

• To the extent that the provision of Firm Full-Requirements Power Supply or other services under this ESA requires that Competitive Supplier and its Associated Entities have access to or make use of any Eligible Customer data, Competitive Supplier and its Associated Entities shall treat such Eligible Customer data as confidential information.

• Upon reasonable request by the Municipality and at the Municipality's reasonable expense, Competitive Supplier or its Associated Entities shall provide reasonable back up for any charge under this ESA questioned by the Municipality.

• Competitive Supplier also agrees not to engage, whether directly or through any of its Associated Entities, in any direct marketing to any Participating Customer that relies upon Competitive Supplier’s unique knowledge of, or access to, Participating Customers gained as a result of this ESA.

• DISPUTE RESOLUTION In accordance with the Uniform Business Practices, in the event of a dispute regarding an invoice or Competitive Supplier's service, whether directly or through its Associated Entities, under this ESA, a Participating Customer may initiate a formal dispute resolution process by providing written notice to the PSC.

• Associated Entities – Any and all of the employees, officers, agents, representatives, and independent contractors and subcontractors of the Competitive Supplier or of any of its corporate parents, affiliates, or subsidiaries, which provide goods or services to, or in any way assist, the Competitive Supplier in meeting its obligations under the ESA, but specifically excluding the Distribution Utility.

Associated Entities means FIA, FOWC, FOM, FOML, Formula One Asset Management Limited, Formula One Licensing B.V., Formula One Hospitality and Event Services Limited, the Title Sponsor or any engineering project manager appointed by SGPPL, and all other persons involved in the organisation, conduct and promotion of the Race;“Circuit Park”means the area around and within the Race Track set aside for the Race and events relating to the Race;

Associated Entities means with respect to any Person or Entity, such Person’s or Entity’s Affiliates, current and former officers, managers, members, Committee members, directors, shareholders, partners, general partners, limited partners, managed accounts and funds, predecessors, successors and assigns, and each of their (or such person’s) respective professionals, advisors, accountants, attorneys, financial advisors, investment bankers, consultants, employees, principals, members, shareholders, partners, limited partners, general partners, agents and other representatives, each solely in its capacity as such.

Associated Entities means any foundation, association, corporation, LLC, partnership or any individual, person(s), or group that was established or is controlled by the subdivider or developer, or any of the above entities which the subdivider or developer holds any relevant financial interest or is entitled to any relevant power.

Associated Entities means (where you are a body corporate) your shareholders, directors (as individuals not acting together as the board), officers, employees, subsidiaries, parent companies, and subsidiaries of parent companies, (where you are an unincorporated association) your individual members, and (where you are a partnership or LLP) your individual partners or members.

Associated Entities has the meaning given in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

Associated Entities means Fox Group Holdings Pty Ltd, Linfox Property Group Pty Ltd, PI Operations Pty Ltd, PI Circuit Pty Ltd, PI Visitor Centre Pty Ltd, PI Graydens Pty Ltd, PI Sunrise-McGuigan Pty Ltd, 265 Ingles Street Pty Ltd, Dorna WBSK Organisation S.r.l, the Crown in right of the State of Victoria, The Minister and officers and employees of the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions, Visit Victoria Limited, Federation Internationale de Motocyclisme, Motorcycling Australia Ltd, teams, service companies, national and international officials, race direction, clerks of the course, sporting technical stewards, timekeepers and marshals and all other parties involved in the conduct and organisation of the Event and their respective Personnel.

Associated Entities means affiliated entities, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and professionals (collectively “AP&AE”).
