Association Property means that property, real and personal, which is owned or leased by, or is dedicated by a recorded plat to, the association for the use and benefit of its members.

  • The deposit is refundable when Association Property, including but not limited to, all roadways, irrigation and landscaping are restored to the original state, in satisfactory condition in the reasonable judgment of the Association.
