Assured Lives definition

Assured Lives means the Policyholder and his/her Dependants in whose lives the Policyholder has an insurable interest;
Assured Lives means the Policyholder and includes the Spouse of the Policyholder in whose life the Policyholder has an insurable interest;

  • Reinsured Liabilities means the General Account Liabilities, the Risk Control Separate Account Liabilities, the Declared Rate Separate Account liabilities and the Variable Separate Account Liabilities.
