  • For the avoidance of doubt, entering into Leases pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Permitted Encumbrances, a release of the Atrium Parcel in accordance with this Agreement, or the sale or disposition of obsolete personal property (which is replaced with personal property of the same or greater utility and value) shall not be considered “Prohibited Transfers”.
