Auction Agreement definition

Auction Agreement means an agreement between the Auction Agent and the Indenture Trustee pursuant to which the Auction Agent agrees to follow the procedures specified in this Exhibit with respect to the Notes while such Notes bear interest at the Auction Period Rate, as such agreement may from time to time be amended or supplemented.
Auction Agreement means an agreement in the form of the Auction Agreement in the CTA Procedures. Australian Standard (AS) means the most recent edition of a standard publication by Standards Australia (Standards Association of Australia).

Auction Agreement means the agreement between the Auction Agent and the Issuer pursuant to which the Auction Agent agrees to follow the procedures specified in Appendix A-I to this Supplemental Indenture, as such agreement may from time to time be amended or supplemented.
