Auction Fees definition

Auction Fees. As defined in Section 9.1(d)(v).
Auction Fees means the competitive advance auction fees provided for in the Letter Agreement, payable to the CAF Agent by the applicable Borrower at the time of each competitive advance auction request made by such Borrower pursuant to Section 2.03.
Auction Fees are defined in the SRECTrade Fee Schedule. Buyer’s Auction Fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are assessed on the total volume of RECs transacted multiplied by a dollar per REC fee. Seller’s Auction Fees are assessed on a percentage fee per REC transacted.

  • TGLP shall determine client royalties to be paid to TLGP’s client from the Auction Fees (“Auction Royalties”).

More Definitions of Auction Fees

Auction Fees means the competitive loan fees provided for in the Letter Agreement, payable to the CAF Agent by the applicable Borrower at the time of delivery of each Competitive Bid Request by such Borrower to the CAF Agent pursuant to Section 2.03.
Auction Fees for Auction transactions, collectively, the “Fees” are assessed and collected as follows:
Auction Fees means fees for participating in the Capacity Auction, determined by AEMO from time to time in accordance with the National Gas Rules.
Auction Fees means the competitive advance auction fees provided for in the Letter Agreement (with references to the Financing Documents and provisions referred to therein being deemed to be references to this Agreement and the Facility A Credit Agreement, as applicable, and the analogous provisions herein and therein), payable to the CAF Agent by the applicable Borrower at the time of each competitive advance auction request made by such Borrower pursuant to Section 2.03.
