Auction Procedures definition

Auction Procedures means the Auction Procedures that are set forth in Paragraph 10 of the Articles Supplementary.
Auction Procedures means the auction procedures constituting Part II of the form of Statement as of the filing thereof.
Auction Procedures means the procedures for conducting Auctions set forth in Section 11.10 of these Bylaws.
