Austin Water Utility Agreement definition

Austin Water Utility Agreement means the Agreement for the Adjustment of Municipal Utilities in Connection with the Oak Hill Parkway Project between TxDOT and the City of Austin, acting through Austin Water, dated [ ], as such agreement may be amended by the parties thereto. Basic Configuration has the meaning set forth in Exhibit 1 to this DBA.
