Authenticating Agent definition

Authenticating Agent means any Person authorized by the Trustee pursuant to Section 614 to act on behalf of the Trustee to authenticate Securities of one or more series.
Authenticating Agent means any Person authorized by the Trustee pursuant to Section 6.11 to act on behalf of the Trustee to authenticate the Securities.
Authenticating Agent means an authenticating agent with respect to all or any of the series of Securities appointed by the Trustee pursuant to Section 2.10.
