Authentication Agent definition

Authentication Agent means an institution, reasonably acceptable to the Company, appointed by the Trustee to authenticate the Notes.
Authentication Agent means a Person designated by the Trustee to authenticate Notes on behalf of the Trustee.
Authentication Agent means the authentication agent appointed pursuant to Section 6.11(b).

Authentication Agent shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.8.
