Authorised Denominations definition

Authorised Denominations means, in relation to the Current Issuer Notes, denominations of, in the case of any class of the Dollar Notes $1,000 and $10,000, in the case of any class of the Sterling Notes, {pound-sterling}1,000 and {pound-sterling}10,000, in the case of any class of the Euro Notes, *1,000 and *10,000 and in such other denominations as the Note Trustee shall determine and notify to the relevant Noteholders;
Authorised Denominations means [US]$[1,000,000] or integral multiples thereof;
Authorised Denominations means, in relation to the Notes, denominations of £100,000 and in each case in integral multiples of £1,000 in excess thereof;
