Authorised Driver definition

Authorised Driver means any driver approved by Xxxxxx and whose name is noted in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A as an authorised driver;

• If in Our assessment the third party claim made against You or Your Authorised Driver for property damage will exceed the limit of liability of RM3 million, We will pay the full amount of Our liability to You or the third party and hand over the further conduct of any defence, settlement or proceeding to You completely.

• There is no cover under this Policy if You or Your Authorised Driver use Your Car for an unlawful purpose or to attempt an unlawful purpose i.e. in violation of the criminal law or a recognised law of the country where Your Car was being used.
