Authority of Contractor. The Contractor shall have no right or authority, express or implied, to commit or otherwise obligate the Company in any manner whatsoever except to the extent specifically provided herein or specifically authorized in writing by the Company.
Authority of Contractor. Contractor is, and at all times during the term of this Contract shall be, an independent contractor in the performance of its duties and obligations under this Contract. Contractor shall have no authority to bind or otherwise obligate Owner, orally, in writing or by any acts, unless specifically authorized by Owner in writing. Nothing contained in this Contract shall constitute or be deemed or construed to create a partnership or joint venture, or any agency relationship, between Owner and Contractor.
Authority of Contractor. The Contractor hereby represents and warrants to the City that the Contractor has the right, power, legal capacity, and authority to enter into and perform its obligations under this Contract, and its execution of this Contract has been duly authorized.
Authority of Contractor. It is understood that Contractor is to provide information, research, advice, recommendations, and consultation services to the County. Contractor shall possess no authority with respect to any County decision. The County is responsible for and shall make all governmental decisions related to work of Contractor.

Provider shall possess no authority with respect to any County decision. The County is responsible for and shall make all governmental decisions related to work of Provider.
Authority of Contractor. Contractor shall report weekly its performance of the Services on Exhibit A and shall report such performance to the University’s representative identified thereon, or any other University-appointed representative as may be indicated in writing by University during the term of the Agreement. Exhibit A is incorporated by reference and made a part hereof. In connection with and while performing the Services hereunder, Contractor shall abide by and respect University’s rules, policies, procedures and standards.
Authority of Contractor. LORAL ORION hereby engages SKYNET on the terms and conditions set forth herein as an independent contractor. SKYNET and LORAL ORION hereby acknowledge and agree that SKYNET is engaged solely as an independent contractor and that SKYNET shall have no authority to bind LORAL ORION in connection with the Services provided hereunder.
Authority of Contractor. CONTRACTOR is hereby granted full discretion to invest and reinvest all assets under its management in any type of security it deems appropriate, subject to the instructions given or guidelines set by Representative.
Authority of Contractor. Contractor has the sole right and obligation to ------------------------ supervise, manage, contract, direct, procure, perform, or cause to be performed all work to be performed by Contractor hereunder unless otherwise provided herein.
Authority of Contractor. Contractor shall not purport to bind the State of New Mexico, nor its agencies, officers, or employees, to any obligation not expressly authorized herein, nor shall the Contractor assert or imply Agency endorsement of work performed under this Agreement.
