More Definitions of Authorized Participants

Authorized Participants mean the parties listed on Schedule I to the Participants Agreement, as may be amended from time to time.

In the event that a Challenge has been set up to allow for Authorized Participant vetting, or to allow for individuals to join a waitlist once a Challenge has reached its capacity, only individuals who have been automatically accepted into the Challenge (when no vetting has been set up) or have been promoted from the waitlist to the Challenge are considered Authorized Participants. For greater clarity, individuals who are on the waitlist are not considered Authorized Participants or the purposes of participant number limitations.
