Authorized Repair Facility definition
Authorized Repair Facility means a franchised automotive retailer or ASE licensed Repair Facility located in the United States or Canada. Unless otherwise provided, repairs performed by any facility must receive authorization from the Administrator prior to beginning repairs. Deductible means the amount You are required to pay as selected on the Application Page for covered Breakdown claims. The Deductible will be due and owing each visit to a Repair Facility for covered Breakdown claims. Once a Covered Part is repaired or replaced under the terms of this Contract, there will be no Deductible for future repairs to that part. Dealer, Selling Agent, or Seller means the original venue or company from whom You purchased this Agreement shown on the Application Page. Effective Date and Mileage means the date You purchased Your Contract and the odometer mileage on Your Vehicle at the time You purchased this Contract. This is indicated as the Effective Date and Contract Expiration Mileage on the Application Page of this Contract.
Authorized Repair Facility means and/or refers to one of Global’s Preferred Repair Centres or a Licenced Repair Facility pre-approved by Global.

If Your Vehicle incurs a Breakdown, take Your Vehicle to any Authorized Repair Facility.
The amount stated in the Application Page of this Contract shall be the Deductible that will be paid by You upon each visit to the Authorized Repair Facility, for Covered Repairs.
As stated in the “Definitions” section of this Contract, an Authorized Repair Facility is any dealership, repair facility, or other business that is certified to repair motor vehicles by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) in the United States or Canada.
All repair orders, requested documentation, and invoices from the Authorized Repair Facility must be submitted to Us within thirty (30) days (three hundred sixty-five (365) days in Wisconsin) to be eligible for payment.
In the event of a Breakdown of any of the Covered Repair(s) listed below for Coverage, that are covered under this Contract, We will pay directly to the Authorized Repair Facility any pre-authorized reasonable expenses incurred for the repair or replacements of the part(s), less any Deductible, as stated in this Contract.

Authorized Repair Facility means the licensed repair shop that has received authorization to begin repairs from the Breakdown or Mechanical Failure – means the failure of an original or replacement part covered by this Agreement to perform its function as it was originally designed to work in normal service with required maintenance due to material failures or defects outside the manufacturer’s tolerance. It does not mean the gradual reduction in operating performance due to normal wear and use. Cost(s) – means the usual and fair charges for parts and labor necessary to repair the parts covered. These charges shall not exceed the manufacturer’s suggested retail price for parts. Replacement parts will be of like kind and quality and may include new, remanufactured, rebuilt, or used based on the Administrator’s option. Labor time will be reimbursed using nationally recognized labor time standards. Deductible – means the amount that You must pay for covered repairs per visit as shown on the Information Page in the section titled PLAN TERM AND INFORMATION. Obligor – means American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS) except in the State of Florida where the Obligor MARKETING SAMPLE is American Guardian Warranty Services of Florida, Inc. (FL License #60116). Pre-Existing Condition – means a condition or Breakdown that occurred before Your purchase of the Agreement. Selling Dealer – means the retail marketer/seller of this Agreement to You for the covered Vehicle described on the Information page. You and Your – means the purchaser shown under the section titled Purchaser Information on the Information Page. We, Us or Our – means American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc., P.O. Authorized Repair Facility means and/or refers to a licensed repair facility pre-approved by We Care Auto. “Claim” means and/or refers to all covered costs of Mechanical Failure at time of Repair visit. “Commercial Purposes” means and/or refers to any vehicle that a Customer uses to conduct business and/or is titled or registered to a business such as: courier/small package delivery, driving school, hearse, contracting, realtor, shuttle, limousine, ride sharing services, public hire, daily rental, delivery of large parcels or goods, fleet usage, livery, road repair operations, route work, taxi, security, farming/agriculture, forestry, hauling, landscaping, mining/oil field use, off-road use, service repair, snow plowing, towing and vehicle carrier and any other similar or related usage, as deemed solely by We Care Auto. “Commercial Purposes—Light Duty” means and/or refers to any vehicle used for Commercial Purposes primarily used on public (paved) roadways. “Commercial Purposes—Medium Duty” means and/ or refers to any vehicle used for Commercial Purposes on public (paved) roadways, non-publicly maintained roadways and off-road environments.
Authorized Repair Facility means a facility and/or shop that is approved to preform work on behalf of Administrator.
Authorized Repair Facility means an appropriately-rated facility from the AP&S AVIATION list of authorized repair facilities, and includes any facility with which AP&S AVIATION contracts for repair services. AP&S AVIATION maintains a list of Authorized Repair Facilities and only these facilities may be used by Customers in their dealings with AP&S AVIATION unless AP&S AVIATION authorizes an alternative Authorized Repair Facility in writing.

Parts will be reimbursed up to the manufacturer’s suggested list price. The maximum retail labor rate is $100.00 per hour (unless You purchased the Repairer Labor Rate Option). Deductible – means the amount that You must pay for covered repairs per occurrence as identified on the Information Page. Information Page – means Page 1 of this Agreement. Pre-Existing Condition – means a condition or Breakdown that occurred before the Agreement Purchase Date. Seller – means the retail seller of this Agreement to You for the Vehicle described on the Information Page.
