Authorized Requester definition

Authorized Requester means an Employee of DSHS entity, State of Washington governmental entity, Department of Enterprise Services (DES) Master Contract Usage Agreement (MCUA) member, or a DSHS contracted service provider requesting the services of an Interpreter, who is responsible for paying for such service. Authorized Requester means a permitted person that manages the relationship between FOCUSIT and all End Users. Client grants Authorized Requester the ability to add Permitted Users to Client’s User Account.

Examples of Authorized Requester in a sentence

• If requested by an Authorized Requester, the Contractor may provide Interpreter services outside of an indicated county.

• The payment within thirty (30) days requirement will not be in effect until DSHS or the Authorized Requester receives a corrected invoice.

• If the Authorized Requester cannot obtain the services of Interpreters through this contract, DSHS or the State of Washington reserves the right to purchase services from a Certified Sign Language Interpreter not under contract with DSHS.

• The Contractor shall provide Interpreter services as described herein under the terms and conditions, requirements and specifications of the contract, including prices, for any Authorized Requester.

• No Mileage for a cancelled Appointment that the Interpreter has already arrived to (in which case an employee of the Authorized Requester must sign the DSHS form 17-123a Request for Sign Language Interpreter) or is traveling to (which must be documented on the DSHS form 17-123a Request for Sign Language Interpreter).

Authorized Requester or “Requester” means:

Authorized Requester means any person or other organization to whom MTO has, pursuant to an agreement, granted a non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable licence to access and use the Licensed Information solely for Authorized Use(s).

Department of Children’s, Youth, Family’s (DCYF) staff; or e. Health Care Authority (HCA) program managers.

Authorized Requester or “Requester” means: DSHS staff who are authorized by DSHS Language Access Program Manager or DSHS Contract Manager.
