Authorized Signer definition

Authorized Signer is any individual listed in Borrower’s Borrowing Resolution who is authorized to execute the Loan Documents, including making (and executing if applicable) any Credit Extension request, on behalf of Borrower.
Authorized Signer means each person who has been authorized by the Borrower to execute and deliver any requests for Advances hereunder pursuant to a written authorization delivered to the Agent and whose signature card or incumbency certificate has been received by the Agent.
Authorized Signer means any signer of this Agreement, acting alone, or any other representative of Borrower duly designated and authorized by Borrower to sign draw requests in a writing addressed to Lender.

Authorized Signer means a person who has your actual or apparent authority to transact business on your Business Eligible Account(s), whether or not that person has signed the signature card or other documentation for your account(s). We may continue to recognize an Authorized Signer’s authority until we receive and have a reasonable time to act upon your written modification or revocation of it.
