Authorized Usage definition

Authorized Usage means the usage metric(s) and factor(s) identified in the applicable Purchase Confirmation. Authorized Usage may include, among other metrics and factors, the number of individuals who have an account(s) on the systems or environments monitored by the Subscription Services or the data, number of folders, events tracked or monitored by the Subscription Services.
Authorized Usage means the use of the Software in accordance with the applicable Order Document. “Customer Data” means Customer’s images, IOTA view configurations and other vendor display configurations that are accessed by and processed in Software. IOTA does not currently cache or store any Customer asset, timeframe or time-series related data, but reserves the right to do so in the future.

Examples of Authorized Usage in a sentence

  • Customer will at all times ensure that either (a) its use of the Services does not exceed its Authorized Usage Level or (b) if its use of the Services exceeds the Authorized Usage Level, it will pay the Additional Usage Fee invoiced by Tealium according to the terms of the applicable Service Order and Section 4 below.

  • Each Service Order specifies an Authorized Usage Level and Service Term(s).

  • Customer will ensure that either (a) its use of the Services does not exceed its Authorized Usage Level or (b) if its use of the Services exceeds the Authorized Usage Level, it will pay the Additional Usage Fee invoiced by Tealium according to the terms of the applicable Service Order and Section 4 below.

  • In such event, Subscriber shall be required to pay the associated subscription fees for the updated Authorized Usage for the remaining portion of the subscription term.

  • The Subscription Services may be accessed solely for Subscriber’s internal business purposes, in accordance with the Documentation, and for the Authorized Usage purchased by Subscriber, all as set forth in the applicable Purchase Confirmation.

  • Subject to all terms, conditions, and restrictions of the MSA (including but not limited to the Authorized Usage Level limitation set forth above), during the Service Term, Customer is authorized to use the Services on all Authorized Domains.

  • Customer will either (a) ensure that use of the Services does not exceed its Authorized Usage Level or (b) if use of the Services exceeds the Authorized Usage Level, it will pay the Additional Usage Fee invoiced by Tealium according to the terms of the applicable Service Order.

  • If Subscriber’s actual usage of the Subscription Services exceeds the Authorized Usage (the “Over Usage”), the Authorized Usage shall be updated to reflect and cover Subscriber’s actual usage of the Subscription Services.

  • Customer use of the Software does not exceed the Authorized Usage as further detailed in the applicable Purchase Order, and Customer shall be obligated to pay Quali for any deviation and use beyond such Authorized Usage.

  • Reseller will at all times ensure that either (a) Customers' use of the Services does not exceed their respective Authorized Usage Levels or (b) if Customers' use of the Services exceeds their respective Authorized Usage Levels, Reseller will pay the Additional Usage Fee invoiced by Tealium according to the terms of the applicable Service Order.
