Authorizing Resolution definition

Authorizing Resolution means a resolution adopted by the Board of Directors or by an Officer or committee of Officers pursuant to Board delegation authorizing a Series of Securities.
Authorizing Resolution means the resolution provided to the Financial Institution by the Depositor indicating who is approved to act on behalf of the Depositor and their respective powers.
