Automatic Exchange Date definition

Automatic Exchange Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(c).

Automatic Exchange Date has the meaning specified in Section 305(d) of this Indenture.

Automatic Exchange Date means the date (whether or not a Business Day) on which an Automatic Exchange Event occurs;

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 2.6(e), during the fifteen (15) calendar day period prior to the Automatic Exchange Date, no transfers or exchanges other than pursuant to this Section 2.6(e) shall be permitted without the prior written consent of the Issuers.
