Automotive Parts definition

Automotive Parts means any part or part assembly as defined in Paragraph 12 of the Proposed Consolidated Amended Complaint, but without regard to whether or not it was sold directly to an OEM, and includes the Alleged Parts.

Automotive Parts means the Alleged Parts and Wire Harnesses.
