Auxiliary Facilities definition

Auxiliary Facilities means buildings, structures, and other improvements, and equipment, real estate, and interests in real estate therefor, to be used for or in connection with student activity or student service facilities, housing and dining facilities, dining halls, and other food service and preparation facilities, vehicular parking facilities, bookstores, athletic and recreational facilities, faculty centers, auditoriums, assembly and exhibition halls, hospitals, infirmaries and other medical and health facilities, research, and continuing education facilities.
Auxiliary Facilities has the meaning given such term in Article VI of the -------------------- ▇▇▇▇▇ Complex Ground Lease.
Auxiliary Facilities means, collectively, all buildings or structures of the University used for an auxiliary enterprise, including but not limited to dormitories and student, faculty and/or staff housing facilities, food service facilities, student union facilities, bookstores, transportation facilities and motor vehicle parking facilities, but excluding any athletic facilities of the University.

Auxiliary Facilities means dormitories, apartments and other housing facilities; cafeterias, dining halls and other food service facilities; student union and other student activities facilities; store or other facilities for the sale or lease of books, stationery, student supplies, faculty supplies, office supplies and like material; theater, gymnasium, fieldhouse, stadium, arena and other recreation or athletic facilities for use in part by spectators or otherwise; land and any structures, other facilities or improvements thereof used or available to use for the parking of vehicles used for the transportation by land or air of persons to or from such land and any improvements thereon; properties providing heat or any other utility furnished by a system to any Auxiliary Facilities on a campus; services, contracts, investments and other miscellaneous unrestricted sources of income related to the Auxiliary Facilities and not designated in this Resolution, whether presently realized or to be realized.
Auxiliary Facilities means all housing, dining and other facilities now or hereafter owned by the University from which the University derives income from rents, board or both. Except as expressly provided in a Supplemental Indenture, Auxiliary Facilities do not include any facilities that are built with moneys appropriated by the State.
