Examples of Availability Date in a sentence
The License Period for each Included Program shall commence on its Availability Date and shall expire on the date specified in Schedule A-1 attached hereto or in the Option Avail List, as applicable.
At least forty-five (45) days prior to the Availability Date for each Included Program, Licensor shall, at Licensor’s election, make available to Licensee either a Digibeta tape, HDCam master, or an encoded mezzanine digital file (each Digibeta, HD Cam or digital file, a “Copy”), together with 5.1 audio tracks (if available), closed captioning, and secondary Spanish audio tracks (if available), available Advertising Materials (defined below) and available music cue sheets.
Unless sooner terminated as provided herein, the term of this Agreement shall be for sixty (60) months from the Facility Availability Date (“Term”).
In the event the Facilities Availability Date is not the first day of the billing period, the first Recurring Charge shall also include the prorated in arrears charges for Services from date of installation to the date of first billing.
