Availability Date definition

Availability Date means the day after the end of the fourth fiscal quarter following the fiscal quarter that includes such Effective Time on which the Company is required to file its Form 10-Q for such fiscal quarter except that, if such fourth fiscal quarter is the last quarter of the Company’s fiscal year, “Availability Date” means the day after the end of such fourth fiscal quarter on which the Company is required to file its Form 10-K.

Availability Date means the 90th day after the end of such fourth fiscal quarter.

Availability Date means the 45th day after the end of the fourth fiscal quarter following the fiscal quarter that includes such Effective Date, except that, if such fourth fiscal quarter is the last quarter of the Company's fiscal year, "AVAILABILITY DATE" means the 90th day after the end of such fourth fiscal quarter.

Examples of Availability Date in a sentence

• The License Period for each Included Program shall commence on its Availability Date and shall expire on the date specified in Schedule A-1 attached hereto or in the Option Avail List, as applicable.

More Definitions of Availability Date

Availability Date means the 45th day after the end of the Seller’s fourth fiscal quarter following the Seller’s fiscal quarter that includes the date hereof, except that, if such fourth fiscal quarter is the last quarter of the Seller’s fiscal year, “Availability Date” means the 90th day after the end of such fourth fiscal quarter.

Availability Date means the 90th day after the end of such fourth fiscal quarter (or if either of such dates specified above is a day the Commission is not open to receive filings, then the next such day that the Commission is open to receive filings).
